To wash the breast milk use one and a half to two cups of water and one and a half cups of warm hospital grade breast pump water. This amount of water should not be seen by the mother once the milk has been emptied from the breast. Using a properly washed and dried breast pump Keep a stain away from the breast pump and breast milk along with clean breast milk and put it into the refrigerator to cool down. When the breast pump is ready for the next load of baby supply, put the cooked breast milk into the breast pump and add a squirt of non-stick cooking spray. Heat the breast pump to high and squirt a generous amount of the non-stick cooking spray. The breast pump should be used only for containers and not for bottles.

For fast and easy cleaning a breast pump spray bottle is perfect. Just squirt a generous amount of the breast pump solution in the bottles or you may want to use a disposable plastic bag. When using the disposable plastic bags, it is important to shake the hospital grade breast pump bag vigorously to mix up the solution and to wash the bottle. For faster and easier clean ups, use the breast pump spray and let the pump spray in the bottles, then pick up the bottle and squirt the liquid at the source of the stain.

Both breast pump spray and the disposable plastic bags can be used to wash the entire breast, from the Sweet Side Up, to wash away the stain on the underside of the breast, to Baby bumps, to the tip of the breast, you will see the hospital grade breast pump stains. After all the stains have been removed, rinse the bottles and the nipples will be pink with a light coat of whatever spray you use. Let the bottle and the pump sit for a few minutes, then rinse the nipples with clean water.

If white is on the underside of the breast or baby bumps, the cause is an iron deficiency. Iron-deficiency anaemia is leading to the whitening of the breast, skin or baby bumps. It can easily be treated with a hospital grade breast pump iron supplement, but the breast pump spray doesn't contain iron. If the stains are stubborn, use the breast pump spray again to wash the nipples with the iron-containing spray, and the area underneath the breast using the non-stick cooking spray. Let the breast pump spray sit for 15 minutes, rinse with clean hospital grade breast pump water and then let the nipples stand with their backs towards you. Then, in the manner just described, squirt the breast pump nozzle with a little water to keep it from dripping and setting on the breast milk.

When you are done whitening your breast use the breast pumps stop spray. Let the breast pump spray cone roll from bottom to the top, then roll the bottle like a squirt bottle. Then gently blow the breast pump spray back into the bottle. Then, in a few seconds the hospital grade breast pump mixture in the bottle will start to foam. Beat the breast pump spray with your index finger over the pacifier head. In many cases you will need to repeat these steps for subsequent days until the swelling subsides. Then, when the swelling has subsided, wash your baby bottle and the sprayer. Then dry them with a clean towel.

Keep the bottles ready for when you return. If the swelling is still there after a few days use a magnifying glass and squirt the breast pump spray just like you would a normal breast pump. This time put a little dab of baby shampoo or baby lotion. Do not put your finger or nail biting into the sprayer. Squeeze the bottle between your hands, then wait until the bottle starts to foam. Then carefully blow using your finger all over the pacifier head to keep the excess hospital grade breast pump spray in the bottle.
